How a deal is handled

Every deal passes seven recorded steps before an execution file is prepared: intake, counterparty check, instrument check, red flag screen, verification, execution file, record after execution. The counterparty is looked up in the register of legal entities (LEI). The words of every deal are screened against 48 warning signs published by 12 official sources. A warning sign is a reason to stop and verify bank to bank; it is not proof of fraud.
